Collectorholic at Large (sm)

I have been collecting since the 70's but seriously collecting for 8-10 years and collect 30 to 50 different items. My largest collections (Star Trek and Aurora HO slot cars) have well over 2000 pieces each and my smallest collections have over 2 dozen pieces each. I started collecting Transformers around July of 1996 and by July of 1997 I had 400+ in my collection. There are still a few that I am looking for though.

I have bought, sold & traded over the phone and through the mail since 1989. I opened a small store in August of 1995. About 30% of it was dedicated to Star Trek/Sci-Fi and 30% to HO slot cars and other car items (Hot Wheels, Nascar, Johnny Lightning, Banks, etc.). The remainder is miscellaneous collectible toys and other collectibles, including non-sports trading & gaming cards.

  • I closed the store February 15th 1997 and have gone back to mainly mail-order and Toy Shows. I will hopefully be able to set up another HO 4-lane Slot Car track in the near future.
