ALL prices are in US Dollars!! Please E-mail me to work out the details. When making ANY inquiries about your order please include information about what you are ordering and where we are in the deal. It may be quicker and easier to leave the last messages in the letter for reference. When we finalize and you confirm the deal, I will put the items that you would like on "hold" for the customary 10 days (!!NOTE!!: The "hold" period is NOT the last day to get your payment sent for your items!! The "hold" period is to give the Postal Service time to get your payment here.), longer on foreign orders due to the International Mail lag. I prefer US Postal Money Orders (PMO), the ones that you get from the US Post Office so I can take the package AND the PMO to the Post Office to ship and cash at the same time. I usually ship items on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Foreign orders, International Money Orders, Cashier's Cheques or Bank Drafts drawn in US funds are the preferred payment method. You could "wire" payment via Western Union but that may be a little more costly than the other methods. All payments MUST be made payable to "Craig Reid" because my bank will NOT accept them otherwise. Please do NOT send payment in Foreign funds!! Any other forms of payment may take more time to process and may not get out the next PO trip. Checks may take 2 to 3 weeks to clear my bank and meanwhile I have the package sitting here taking up space and they can get misplaced at times, therefore delaying shipment even further. I would REALLY prefer that you did NOT send checks!!! I ship via Priority Mail (in the US) due to the 3 day delivery time. I do NOT do COD's so please don't ask!! **!! Please include a note (a printout of the letter with the items ordered is even better) or something to let me know what exactly you are ordering!!!** It takes an extra day or so to check my E-mail to find out what a payment without a note is for!! If you include your E-mail address with your payment I may try to let you know when it is received or your items go out. If you do NOT include your E-mail address I will not let you know. I must package items and get a shipping estimate for Foreign orders. The more you buy, the better deal you will get. If you wait until near the end of your "hold" period to send your payment, you may not get those items that I have had other requests for!!! I can NOT hold items for an indefinite period awaiting your payments due to other requests for the same items.
Example of a quick & easy deal:
1> You E-mail, listing the item(s) that you are interested in and any specific questions you may have about it/them. Tell me your location or shipping address so I can figure shipping costs. Your address is important and saves a couple of extra steps or E-mails. It is also helpful to know your name, rather than just a "handle" or E-mail address.
2> I then E-mail you back with answers to your questions and a total for the item(s) shipped to your location.
3> You E-mail back either accepting the "deal" or not. If you accept the deal, I then put those items on hold for you.
4> You go to the Post Office or bank and get a Money Order for the amount agreed on and send it to the name and address below with, at least, a note telling me which item(s) this payment is for and your shipping address. It is usually best/easiest to print the letter with the "deal", your shipping address, and item(s) listed on it. This way I have your E-mail address (and all other information needed) and can let you know when it arrives or goes out if you request it.
5> When payment (PMO or MO) arrives I remove the item(s) from my Site and get it/them shipped the next Post Office trip. If you sent a check I still remove the item(s) from my Site but they stay here boxed and ready to go until I hear from my bank telling me the check has cleared. This can take 1 to 3 weeks depending on many variables.
